I dislike people who say Inception is a great movie, I've seen it, it's not. I also dislike people who use terms like 'thought provoking' or 'deep' when describing the movie Inception, I've seen it, it's not.

I don't so much hate the movie, it's an average movie, but I do hate people who talk about it as if it's genius.

I dislike people using other people's opinions to affect their own opinion of the movie. Especially if the reaction is overwhelmingly positive, causing someone to have a far more negative view, because they're annoyed at how popular it is.

I don't really have anything against the movie, as I said it's average imo, I just don't see how some people some to find great meaning in it. Maybe it's a good movie and the fault lies with me but anyway it's much easier/more fun to be critical.

I don't have to try - uncool comes naturally to me

I rarely watch movies, so haven't seen whole swathes of movies that "everybody has seen", hence my general lack of participation in movie discussions.

Saw Lincoln on the plane back from Perth the other night. Several hours of unadulterated yankee propaganda. *facepalm* as if it was ever going to be anything but that. Just a series of apparently insightful tales told by Daniel Day Lewis interjected with Congressional exchange of insults. Horrid.

Watched Argo on the way over though and found that quite entertaining. Good story.

Have to agree, but I did like the train scene. Bought it on Blu-Ray a few months ago and still haven't opened it. Got sucked in because of those slow motion special effects scenes.

The last movie I remember watching that I walked away think shit that was good was called "end of watch"

That so much didn't even get a peep of publicity as some of the mediocre overated movies like Argo...

And I hate Ben afflick I put him up there with Colin ferrel of doing sfa and became Hollywood big name
