A salary cap isn't viable when there are multiple leagues around the world of the same size/stature. If the EPL implemented it, they would (an) immediately lose a ton of players to Europe.

Salary cap/draft systems really only work when the league has a monopoly in that sport - NBA, NFL, NHL, AFL.

Pretty much this. Any league that tried to do it would also be hit with restraint of trade rules etc. Just totally not viable for a world wide sport like soccer.

And 21 teams have had an immediate.

Everyone plays each other home and away....so is not 'random', but is fair. If by 'arranging' you mean when games are played, then yes, they will sometimes schedule 'blockbusters' on a Sunday timeslot to maximise the TV viewing audience.

Two full rounds of H & A takes away the "arranging" that would be needed to maintain derbys etc....

DSLR's are allowed, but IIRC, there is a maximum zoom length they will let in....

The Sony Xperia Z is glorious, better than the iPhone. I think it's horseshit that Apple spend billions on R&D every time they come up with a "new" iPhone and nothing ever changes except "Uhhhhh, let's make it longer". Lazy since Jobs died, I prefer my CEO being up all night, getting engineers out of bed to yell at them.

I just got the new Blackberry through work.

I had an iPhone and previous to that just about every nokia in existence.

I am going Samsung next.

I hate all mobile phones at this very point in time.
