I should have put more effort into my post. I heard 6 months on one station and 16 months on another. I couldn't work out which was right or whether there were two jail sentences etc etc.

It was actually 3 months jail with 3 months suspended.

OK - lets get this right. Jurrah was given a head sentence of 6 months gaol with 3 months suspended and will serve a minimum time of 30 days.

Hosted by Kochie who did a great job, Casual Keith made a fantastic speech as did Paul Vandenbergh who despite being nervous spoke fluently and cohesively and certainly got his message across.

Tredders did a mini roast of Kane with Chad and Burgo which was very funny and then Tredders interviewed Sheeds and Kern. Sheeds was brilliant and Kern held his own.

Spoke to Casual Keith (and Kevin Osborne briefly) for a fair while after the show and when I walked towards him he said "bigfella!" I asked him if he was ready for his report card based on the KPI's I had set him at Adelaide Oval and he said he was... The rest of that conversation is confidential but he did say that during the discussion at Adelaide Oval when he was in the alleged head lock that Phil Gallagher approached and I kept saying to Casual Keith "are you in or out?, are you one of us or one of them?" He said he will never forgot that and that it was a good guide to being a Port Adelaide person.

Gerard Whately (spoke to him about the great mare), Mark Bosnich (offered him a line), Brendan Julian, Sydney Kings, GWS Board and other randoms were there in what was a brilliant event run by the Port Adelaide Football Club.
