Yesterday I walked nearly 70 kilometres to work from Cockatoo Valley to Blackwood. Took me 12 hours. Then struggled my way through a 7 hour shift in agony. I've never been in so much pain, I don't think I'm going to leave bed for a week. Old Belair road was absolute torture after already walking over 60km's. Why am I so stupid?

They were reporting traffic snarls on the 9am news in Sydney this morning.

All the roads here were built for horse and cart and no one has done anything about it in 225 years.

Shitful.
