To be fair on Cook yes he has been a shit captain most summer but those last two overs was some of the shittest death bowling I have seen. Not much a captain can do when the ball is being belted 110m over the fence.

He had the best part of 6 overs to get 1 wicket. Could've easily put in an attacking fielder or 2 to at least try and get a wicket. So negative, he got what he deserved. An Aus team under Boof would've gone for the kill Cook was waiting for us to make a mistake. And the field placement on the final ball should cost him his job. Oh Bresnan has bowled nothing but slower short balls for the best part of 2 overs so let's put all our feilder on the fence on the leg side so Rossy can step back and smack it over cover. Alastair pls.

Me and my best mate were at a red backs game, and Andy flower was going to warm up in the indoor nets. He seen us lookin at him and asked if we wanted to watch, and were straight away, "yes!!".

After he finished his batting practice, he said "alright boys, 1 over each" and tossed a couple of cricket balls. We threw a few down and he hit all the balls except one, I got one past him. Had a quick word to us about trying to enjoy cricket most of all, to this day that ranks top 3 of my life experiences

I'm pretty sure they are finals-ready in 2014. We were lucky to take 2 wins off them last year, the benefit of a few more experiences players is probably all that made the difference.

Psychic! How did that happen? I was called in to work and missed the last couple of hours but we were gone for all money. Got home to see a replay of the post-match presentations and Cook's ritual humiliation. Hell I wish I'd seen the last few overs in real time, with all the tension. There has been some great cricket this year, including a number of the T20 games.

You just couldnt stop them no matter you do, you just got to pray they get themselves out before too much damage is done

I talked up faulkner when the test were on I got shot down but I see faulkner being in that bracket of names
