As opposed to the footy, if they banned betting on that, no one would really care, because its the footy itself that is the main attraction.

I think the Jockeys might still care, and the traditionalist

footy is the best to bet on to, up there with cricket

I really want to play casino poker, but i feel you probably need a couple of hundred to buy in with, otherwise you're just wasting your time.

I guess thats the only way you can really play with a small buy in, and just hope to get a good hand early.

I play a casino tourney fairly often, with a $50 buy in, its fairly easy to cash by playing conservatively.

Pay outs are pretty small unless you make the final table though.

Im more of a Roulette guy.

Does anyone know if there are craps tables at the Adelaide Casino? For the amount of times Ive been there Ive never seen one. Then again I never usually go further than Roulette or Black Jack

"Counting cards" - never done it, and have no idea how they do it, but I don't think it should be illegal if someone is smart enough to beat the system.

I don't think its illlegal, I think they just chuck you out because they will lose money.
