As far as I'm concerned about Warney, when he was on kath & kim he looked like he's got a good sense of humour and can take the piss out of himself. No one I would call a "fat campaigner" or "bogan" possesses these qualities.

Probably cause his footy team fails to often he learned to be able to take the piss. Not even being the worlds best cricketer makes up for it.

Well yes, there are workarounds, but you have to wonder why we are using workarounds for everyday stuff that everyone does. This is the future!

I mean, you get those fancy flexible plasticky carbonwhatsit muffin trays and stuff that stay pretty temperature neutral for their environment, maybe a more rigid version of that could be used for plates/bowls with just a thin hard surface where the food goes so that you don't cut through it.

And yes, I acknowledge that people will still use heavy cold plates (or heavy hot over-heated plates) regardless. It just seems odd to me.

I think everyone is missing the bigger picture here. The poor cows are going to have to cough up more in their membership to pay for ex players who couldn't kick straight. I think as AFL neighbours we should show them the same consideration that they have shown us throughout the time we have been in the AFL .... yeah that sounds fitting
