As much as I love Tribes and Roars, and I like watching the Pats, I tend to agree. I mean, come on, they're called the Patriots ffs. Team ****ing America. Not as bad as the Cowboys, but still.

Slightly OT, but I like the NBA slightly more than the NFL for two reasons, none of which have anything to do with the sport. NBA players don't take a knee and pray when someone sprains a thumb, and the NBA don't constantly pander to the US military.

Oh, i dont disagree at all. The Raiders are irrelevant as far as success in the NFL goes at the moment. They need to go a long way to win back any respect.

Rough, ruthless, but cheats? Al Davis was a bit of a campaigner but still. Out of all the teams in the NFL I find the Raiders have the most similarities to Port. Same colours, maligned supporter base, Dynasty in the 70's but a laughing stock now, one of the best coaches of all time (Madden/Fos), game changing GM (Al/McLean), and most importantly, no one likes them. Go Raiders!

No one likes the Patriots either, whereas before this whole Tippett kerfuffle, everyone seemed to "have respect for" or "quite like" the Crows. I don't see the similarities at all.
