You really approaching 60:eek:, I didn't think you were that old. Anyways, chin up - you've got a great head for internet forums:thumbsu:
Yeah, it's only a number - you are only as old as the average age of posters on BF - which from some recent posting, on other boards of course - is about 19 years old.

I was sure it was somewhere around 12....

Why does the Sydney to Hobart yacht race get so much publicity when no-one (especially me) appears to give two hoots about it?

Not only the ridiculous quantity of coverage, it actually leads news bulletins!

Crap, exclusive sport for rich people. Who cares.

Me.

I used to do a bit of sailing down at the Glenelg Sailing Club (until I got so tall that the boom seemed to hit me in the head even when I was down below) and I've spent a couple of Boxing Days watching the race fleet go by on South Head. I couldn't watch it for the 40-48 hours the race goes for but I like to watch it and see whats happening.

The only supermaxi I care about is the one mum left in the bathroom when I was 8. You'd think over a decade of therapy would do the trick.

I still can't deal with the surfboards existence in this day and age.

Surf the crimson wave however you like but never let me see that shit.

Yeah ok, I can understand that.

Excuse the tone of my last post. Was on the shitter at the time negotiating a rather stubborn nugget.
