my son and i have just taken up fishing, pity he wasn't out there tonight he's going to be upset he didn't see his ol dad pull this monster in (wasn't really that big). Glad you put your catches back seeing as they are a protected species.

I must admit they were fairly small, but I also found a great new spot for catching bream, they're crap to fillet but taste very good!

i was just fishing off the wharf at mannum was quite suprised to have the catfish on the line, can't wait to get a boat of some sort and head out.

i just got back from Vegas and i'd hate to sound like a conspiracy theorist but i highly doubt that his death was accidental. There is no way for anyone to access the rooftop of the hotel (they cannot even go up the elevators at the Flamingo without a room key). I dont care if the police checked CCTV footage from the hotel because all the casino security appeared to be shifty anyway. Vegas is truly a sin city infested with hustlers and scam artists, if Jmac was staying at the Hard Rock (same hotel we stayed at) how did he end up at the Flamingo(a 10 min drive away) and gain access to a roof top with no room card at 5am in the morning? And where were his team mates? The story doesn't make sense.

Thanks for our thoughts, but I will take it from the experts, who get real information, not from someone just snooping around.
Did you ask to see footage??? How would ou know if security footage is dodgy?

By the way it's fairly easy to gain access to a hotel without a key, I think we have all been at a hotel elevator where we entered by someone else using a card to get in.

i think you'll find he got in through a floor level access door which didn't require a room card but was left unlocked, therefore he didn't even need to enter the building. How did he get away from his mates , who knows, but i know when i've been having a very good time it is quite easy to lose track of people and end up elsewhere. Haven't you ever woken up after a big night and thought where am i or how did i get here???

One more thing on this subject. The West Indies' 11 Test winning streak in the 1980's is made extra noteworthy due to the problem of slow over-rates at the time (largely their own doing considering they employed four fast bowlers coming off long runs), and the fact play would stop at 6pm sharp regardless of how many overs had been bowled for the day, or if the match had been affected by rain etc. Draws were far more common then and a series clean sweep of victories extremely rare.
