I've been wearing shorts pretty much every single day since September and i'm bored of my summer clothes. This is just one reason i'd hate to live in the tropics. Looking forward to winter and wearing different clothes. Although i'd prefer our winter to be just that little bit warmer than it is. Something like Perth's.

My leathers really go to waste in the summer

Highlights from Soundwave for me was getting two cans of Guinness tossed to me from the bassist from Flogging Molly and getting a bear hug from the lead singer from F***** Up while in the middle of his set. He sang nearly the entire show from the audience. Also saw Stone Sour, Billy Talent, Sum 41, Blink 182, Metallica, and the Offspring

Killswitch Engage were my highlight !! As good a set as they could play given the allotted time.

Oh and my drunk wife asking to feel another girls boobs after asking her if they were real. Brilliant!

Bands I saw the full or almost full set of were Crossfaith, The Blackout (by accident), Anthrax, Periphery, Gallows, While She Sleeps, Killswitch, Vision of Disorder & Metallica. Also saw a fair bit of Of Mice & Men, Shai Hulud, Amity Affliction, Cancer Bats, Polar Bear Club & A Perfect Circle (shit)

My highlight of soundwave was losing my shoes at sum 41... And then deciding to stand front center for linkin park. Pretty sure I broke at least 4 toes in my feet. Also red as a lobster right now. And I dont know why I saw paramore but marry me whoever that singer is....

Saw Crossfaith, Fozzy, Tomohawk, Kyuss Lives, Slayer, A Perfect Circle (awful - especially their fanatical fans around me), Blink 182, Linkin Park and Metallica.

Swap out Sad But True for Fade to Black and Metallica would've had a perfect set.

Yeah exactly, so why waste our time? If its important to the viewer, then if there's a shitty toilet/shower or something equally ridiculous, they won't change their mind about the place when they check it out.

My favourite shithole I've inspected was a converted garage in Glebe. Not a large one, a regular one-car one.
