No I did not.

Disappointed but after hearing the new album it might not have been a bad thing. It is good but very mellow, I don't like seeing mellow bands live.

The Mark of Cain were good last night but going to the Wellington pub for lunch meant that by the time they came on I was seeing triple. I was that pissed I think I saw one of my sisters there but forgot to say hello....

Thankfully Nick Cave wasn't mellow in concert the other night. Started off the set with three or four songs from his new album but then went old school. From her...to eternity and stuff from that era. Good and aggressive. Was being held up by the crowd while screaming stagger Lee in peoples faces at the end. The show was a bit short though. Probably 90 minutes all up. For $100 and a huge back catalog, thought it could have gone longer

I found the songs off the new album to be great live. A lot more powerful. Old songs were great. I remember watching some dude going nuts up on the balcony during From Her To Eternity. Was going nuts.

Yeah I think it all finished up about quarter-to, so taking away breaks between encores you're right about 90 mins. Did feel quick. Enjoyed it though.
