I have a mate who is very into nutrition and weights etc. He used to drink milk like crazy. 2 litres+ every day I believe.I did buy a tin of Nesquick the other week, drank a glass, loved it, went to the shops and brought a Litre of Milk, knocked that off, ended up necking 3 Litres of milk throughout the day (Friday), played footy on the Saturday and was arguably my best game in many of years!

He ended up overdoing it, and can no longer drink much milk without feeling sick, but I'm fairly certain its amazing for building muscle.
