I did buy a tin of Nesquick the other week, drank a glass, loved it, went to the shops and brought a Litre of Milk, knocked that off, ended up necking 3 Litres of milk throughout the day (Friday), played footy on the Saturday and was arguably my best game in many of years!

Stuff your Preworkout stacks, just get on the Milk!
I have a mate who is very into nutrition and weights etc. He used to drink milk like crazy. 2 litres+ every day I believe.

He ended up overdoing it, and can no longer drink much milk without feeling sick, but I'm fairly certain its amazing for building muscle.

It has to be Portia.

When this thread has been lacking she has dragged it up to a level of derpravity not seen before in these parts and for that she deserves our utmost respect.

This is post number 10,000 and i could not think of a better milestone thread to post in than this one. I have nothing particularly intruiging to say, but I might use it to pay respect to my (and Eddie Dingle) favourite sporting coach/manager of all time, Sir Alex. Came into the United job not a lot after I first started following more seriously the Red Devils in the mid 80's when we were the still sleeping giant of English football having been surpassed by a rampant Liverpool. He made it his mission to turn it around, and in his words 'knock Liverpool off their perch'. Well he achieved that, and then some.
Who knows what the futute holds for the new regime, but I can imagine the Massives, Scousers, Gooners, Russians and the like are celebrating like they had just won the league now that he is gone.
Still hard to imagine him not on the touchline at Old Trafford checking off the expected 7 minutes of injury time so we can score a late winner...
