Watching 7-30 Report and they reckon James Blundell could hold the balance of power in the senate along with Nick Xenephon - and DLP senator John Madigan who is in the 1/2 senate that isn't up for election. But Blundell if elected doesn't take up his senate seat until 1st July 2014.
