I hate it when I begrudgingly sell an apple product only to have the person come back to have a huge whine about how shit itunes is and demand a full walk through on how to use it.

No amount of walkthrough will stop it crashing, freezing and generally being a money sucking pile of shit.

Rocking an android phone for all my music on the go, using the desktop media player Mediamonkey at home. Both work brilliantly together.

Stopped using Apple a long time ago. iTunes is a steaming pile of shit.

Windows has its place though, I had a windows phone I was happy with until my girlfriends beagle decided to eat it while I was in the shower, it is particularly useful in conjunction with other windows based products, seamless interaction between them all. I popped out and bought an S4 when my Lumia 920 got eaten though, because it was at a good cash price with my staff discount. Great phone.

Apple the company is full of self important beatnik w***ers, however.
