Dry toasted with almonds and freshly grated nutmeg.
Served with homemade gnocchi drizzled in olive oil.
Seasoned with salt and pepper.

Beetroot
Anchovies
Capers

If you drink, beetroot is your friend as it cleanses the liver.
It's also purported to have certain, ummm... "performance enhancing" effects on males.
It also makes your wee purple.

Only things I don't really like are Pumpkin, Cauliflower, Brussels Sprouts and any type of Offal. No kidneys, livers, heart, tongue.
