Continuity error ... when Jaime is talking to Brienne of Tarth in the baths of Harrenhal he says he used his right hand to push Bran from the window, the same hand that slew King Aerys. In case of spoiler fears I won't mention why this is important.

Could this stem from the cameras they use to film being like mirrors, and in person he actually did use his right hand?

That video reminds me of this teacher of a friend of mine who apparently went around to everyone in the class and told them why they had disappointed her. Went to every individual person, and told them why they were a disappointment to her, not why the class as a whole was. Apparently by the end they were all crying, and this is 2nd year students (albeit fine arts).
