I'm assuming this is about 'The girl from Ipanema'. If so it's true, fairly well documented over the years. Not that there's any amazing story there to have people race off and search up on it. Just two guys watched a gorgeous girl walk by and wrote a tribute song to her, which made them squillions (and her zilch). I was on Corfu last year and my mate and I saw probably the most beautiful girl I've ever seen or will see walk past. She would have been about 15-16 too. No musical inspiration for us, we went and had a beer and sulked while reflecting on how getting older sucks.Have heard of the Brazilian woman, she would have been about 15 in 1958. Whether it's true or not, matters not, it's a good urban legend.
The Bank would know who closed the account and where the money got transferred to if it did.Fairly sure i would request some details from my bank if one of my accounts went missing.......wonder how long until he relocates overseas?

They obviously use a very big pin. Our family transistor when I was a kid was the size of a house brick, so a very, very big pin.http://www.heraldsun.com.au/technol...nking-technology/story-fni0c6zd-1226777352653
Trying to get my head around 100 million transistors fitting on a pin head. How do they do that???
A few million transistors is chicken-feed. Try fitting all matter in existence on to a pin head-oh that was discussed not that long ago.http://www.heraldsun.com.au/technol...nking-technology/story-fni0c6zd-1226777352653

As you said, if I was one of the investors I would try and get some sort of order to stop people travelling overseas until they find out what happened.
Can I claim my losses?![]()

Yes me too, the 'Group of death' tag gets used whenever we play countries where 2/3 of the that countries' team have seen a soccer ball before.,,, I laffed when I saw their world cup draw.
Congrats. My only grandchild to date is a grandaughter, funny starting all over again. Does your daughter's family live close by? Mine does thankfully. Young Miss Powerstufff was a PAFC member the day after she was born.Grandad is now appropriate ...

The argument for resting the bowlers was being made pretty early today - I must say I was surprised. Once England's wickets began tumbling I thought (like most of us I guess) that the follow-on was a given. Because as one of the Radio 981 commentators said a game that finishes a day early is equally valuable for resting players.Captains who don't enforce the follow-on should be shot.

I have a hate on for the soccerroos so I laffed when I saw their world cup draw.

we couldn't have got an easier draw. The only risk is we won't have any challenging games until the knock out rounds.
