It would be funny if the ship was seized by customs and destroyed because you can't bring wooden products into the country.

That is why it had to go to the Netherlands enroute to Oz. The timber had to be fumigated before it could be brought into Australia.

But seriously, the issue I have is the total lack of planning. It's going to sit where it is for 'atleast a year' as they haven't found a place to permanantly place it. They've had plenty of time to work that out. Are they planning to leave it as is, or restore it?

Yeah for about 2 years. I was vegan for 5 years also. I was an idealist who naively thought I could change the world. What an idiot. I'm much wiser now.
