So for those people who get accidentally drunk on no coin and can't get a way home because they can't afford a taxi...

Would it be feasible for there to be an honour service, where you call a number and a sober bastard (who has placed themselves on call for the night) comes and picks you up and drives you home, you have to leave your details (maybe credit card number) and you get a free ride home?

The catch is, you have to pay it forward within a month. Put yourself on call for giving someone a lift home within the next month, or you get charged $100.

tl;dr Free ride home as long as you give a free ride home within a month or you cough up $100.

There's 'dial a driver'. If it still exists. They drive you home in your car. I remember a friend using them 5 or so years ago
