Using an adverb at the end of a sentence is grammatically ugly, IMO.

:D:p I'm new school, where those things don't matter. I even start sentences with 'and' and 'but'! And use fragments

REH isn't a god. He's a man like everyone else and makes mistakes, even though it was autocorrect.

I'd be disappointed in anyone who isn't a big enough man to laugh off something like that. Even if it is something you already know, what's the harm in letting someone tell you again? Just say 'Already knew that. It was just the autocorrect on my phone, but thanks anyway' and move on.

For mine, the only people who feel the need to defend themselves about such things are the ones that feel insecure about their knowledge and don't want people to think that they are ignorant. Which I don't think REH is.

He isn't the god, but he is a god!

He's A God, he is not THE God...

Oh I'm the same. I don't go by the rules, just by what I like and dislike. Used to be a copy editor and it drove writers crazy. :P

Well add is a verb, and ad is two thirds of add, so logically an adverb means two thirds of a verb?
What are some words that meet the profile of being 2/3rd's of a verb?

He's right though. Even REH isn't immune to the horrors of autocorrect. :D

Google spell check - it looked close enough. Must have used that word 10,000 times in my lifetime and obviously have forgotten how to spell it and even recognise it.
