IIRC something to do with blackdiamond who copped a call from Jarman but the lad couldn't help him out in regards to a membership problem he was having.

Someone tell me i'm on the money with this.

One of the posters on this board (BlackDiamond, I think) had 3 of their family signed up as members and somehow a call from the membership team would've helped the club gain a fourth (former) member from this poster's family. Instead of a call from the membership team, BlackDiamond got a call from Jarman Impey who clearly was unable to help, and BlackDiamond was told that he'd get a call back from the membership team at some stage (which never came). I think eventually the club saw what had happened (via BigFooty) and it was sorted out.

That's how I choose to remember it anyway.
