IIRC something to do with blackdiamond who copped a call from Jarman but the lad couldn't help him out in regards to a membership problem he was having.

Yeah pretty much spot on.

The irony was that Impey was phoning about the membership drive and had no idea about the prior membership issues blackdiamond was having. Obviously Impey couldn't help blackdiamond but it has become a running joke on these boards.
