I guess my overriding point is simply that, with the current state of affairs, that expectation is both illogical and unwise. Moreover, anyone who considers the internet an integral part of their every day lives has access to more freely available information than all of their ancestors combined, back to the dawn of time. A cursory glance at just a tiny little bit of that information is enough to tell anyone that you need to tread carefully with regard to broadband in Australia at the moment. It is not an entitlement, no matter how much it should be.
I'll grant all the stuff that I've snipped, that your basic objection is the inappropriateness of the manner in which he responded. I guess you have higher expectations of Liberal party politicians than I will ever have.![]()
PS Politicians shouldn't tweet. Although it was funny when Julie Bishop's account was hacked. At least that's what she tells us.
