I almost bought a personalised licence plate once. On the Rego website i punched in UDUMKNT and it allowed me to go through and pay for it and receive my plates.

Should have done it, just for the lels.

Should have. Custom plates cause so much offended. Especially the ones where you can't work out the message they are trying to convey.

Why anyone would spend the extra money on a personalised number plate is beyond my ability to comprehend.

They are so cheap that it is almost churlish not to. I don't have one but don't see how its any different to choosing a colour for a car.
