Jim Selene on bass - great Port Adelaide supporter.
Martin Bland on drums - Moved to Seattle with Renestair EJ and restarted Bloodloss with Mark Arm from Mudhoney.
Also did The Monkeywrench with Mark Arm and Steve Turner.
I only know Dave and Su these days...
The ones that stayed in Adelaide.....
You don't want to get me started on how influential certain Adelaide and Perth people were on that entire Seattle scene that sprang up in the late 80's/early 90's....
Would be deserving of its own thread I'd imagine.
There would only be three of us in it.
Unless Leaping Lindner still lurks these boards?
Nick (leaping lindner) had a show on 3D when it was triple m back in the day and despite being a camry driver is one of the most awesome humans you could ever meet.
Bit more...
The longest day is a favourite of mineGood distinction, they are war movies. Good films amongst a huge heap of good war movies over the decades (and a zillion so-so ones, or worse). IMO Saving Private Ryan is the close to perfect war movie, scary realism plus good v evil. The same team made the brilliant Band of Brothers series. Apocalypse Now is deservedly famous. Re anti-war I can only think of All Quiet on the Western Front and really the book is more famous. I'm trying to think beyond American films for the top ones but I can't.

TaeGukGi (Brotherhood of War) is a good Korean war movie. Fairly anti-war.
