As a mature-age uni student in the 90s one string of topics in my degree was heavily based on psychology. There was an amusing game of mental manipulation going on by teaching staff where stuff you were asked individually or as a group could come back at you later. One example was when those of us who were working were asked to rate the personality traits needed by people in our jobs on a set of criteria not outstandingly different to those in the link Hooligan87 put up. Then many weeks later we were asked to do a self-assessment survey of our own personality traits. No-one I know saw it coming but in a following tutorial we were given both sets of results for ourselves and asked to compare them. That was a bit of fun, not only did you have your own results to compare, you had a few of your fellow students' results too. "Ha ha! You're stuck in a job you're not right for." Or cruelly "Ha ha! You're studying to get out of a job you don't like yet the tests show it is exactly where you should be."
Powerstufff, Architect, this is as it should be. All those years wasted.
