Depression is very real in Australian males, as we are not like US males who accept going to see a shrink etc. as the norm. We shrug off problems and think only Nancy Neville's have can't cope. Burying problems deep down, only causes them to manifest at a later stage, sometimes in weird ways. I know this first hand, as it happened to me aged 40. Being someone who faces every morning in chronic pain...I am a prime candidate for depression, and as such always get questioned about it when I see quacks. I have given this subject a great deal of thought and have programmed myself to be positive and work towards certain goals to keep my mind active. Life is a ride...and I just want to Ride On...
