I don't agree with the death penalty, in Australia. I do accept that their law and their right to make their decision, just as it was their decision to traffic drugs to that country knowing the implications.

I don't know the full story but there was talk earlier on in the piece about Chan threatening families of the other mules if they didn't complete the trip.
