If I ever get a tattoo sleeve it's going to be the most ironic shit you can imagine.

An awful amalgamation of Maori tribal imagery, the Southern Cross, the Boxing Kangaroo, several Pokemon (one from each generation), le meme triforce, Walter White, a dripping cherry with the name of the girl who took my virginity, the old 'Port Power' logo, a Czechoslovakia flag because I'm like 1/1000th Czech or something, my mum's name, mandala art, pixel art, watercolour art, and whatever other style of tattoo art is 'hip' at the time.

I'm gonna get this.

I think people commonly get a bit mixed up on this point.

Generally people with tattoos don't care that you don't like their specific tattoo.

They do care that you feel the need to voice your opinion on the way they decide to look.

I mean how would the average person on the street came up to them and told them they had a terrible haircut and their clothes were stupid? They'd probably get a bit annoyed. But people with tattoos deal with this sort of thing pretty often, even in 2015.

Yah. Just liked the mindless but good natured shit I cop when I umpire a footy game in front of non local crowd about my choice of hair style. I deal with it, I laugh, sometimes I give a bit back. The only people that have resorted to actual abuse following my retorts are the ones whose tattoos I imply will age much worse than my 1980s do. Chip on the shoulder rebellious mentality.

Its not about 'catboy' or 'stupid'. Its not about clothes or hairstyle. Its judgement. Simple as that.

You can't just throw a blanket over judgement and say any judgement of anyone else is wrong. That's absolutely moronic. You're allowed to express how you feel about something, especially if it directly impacts you.

That guy having a face tattoo doesn't impact me at all. I'd never get one but if he wants one, good luck to him. People posting on this board I frequent with hackneyed inane shit that wasn't funny the first time I heard it does directly impact me because it affects the quality of the footy discussion board I like to post on

As S2A said, there is a big difference between judging someone for how they look and judging someone for how they act.

It was to inform you of distinction between judgement on looks and judgement on personality, because, quite clearly, that's an insight you don't have, otherwise you wouldn't have made the idiotic post you made last page, trying to draw a nonexistent and laughable correlation between [sic] "lift the standard of this board coz some nicks people use are silly, done to death and boring" and "nek minnit dont judge people on their appearance.".

Sorry mate, I got more important things in life to worry about than someone trying to TELL me what I should or shouldnt find acceptable. Wonder how you would react If I tried to 'inform' you of what YOU should or shouldnt find acceptable in life?

Firstly I never said this. I find the hypocrisy on judgement on this board amusing. That's my point.

I've also never said you should stop doing it, whether its right or wrong, how judgements should be 'graded' nor do I need edumacting from worldly philosophers on the subject, thanks for the efforts tho.

I dont particularly care about nicks like 'catboy' or 'stupid', I certainly dont care about people's tattoos, clothes or hairstyles.

I did however make comment on a random thoughts thread that I find hypocritical judgemental posts amusing.

The perception I make, by the rush to school me with wisdom on what is judgemental and what isnt judgemental, is that people are a little sensitive.

That people disagree with me. Thats fine, I dont particularly care whether people agree or disagree.

Perhaps, but I think how can you win a championship without a finals system? At least the champions has a proper finals/elminatiom system. Who finishes on top isn't always the champion and no system puts that to the test better than a finals system.

A finals system is only needed in an uneven draw. A finals system rewards the team who is better at that particular time and not for the whole year.

I totally disagree with this, most are pretty good. More importantly, I'd argue that 100% of people who have tattoos don't care what other people think about them in general.

I don't have a tattoo, but I am a 28 year old man who wears new era 59fifty caps around a lot. Lots of people would judge me harshly for that (including my wife if it's the bright aqua Dolphins one), but who gives a shit really. Look however you want to look.

Lots of people do get "fashionable, trendy" looking tattoos, they do care what people think, and they take great offence at anyone who thinks differently regarding their choices.

We have all done things we regret and outgrow, I just thank **** my mistakes weren't a chin to pubic piece, or a burning Aussie flag coupled with a few flaming 8 balls on my arm, that will be with me for life, or very painful and expensive to remove.

Or worse, a southern cross.

I have four tattoos INCLUDING a Southern Cross. Come at me! And if I wear a cap it's a rabbitohs or a port new era....unless it's Lacoste because I am wearing smart shorts .

Every day in work I am suited and booted like a typical british gent.
