Government control person by microchips over whole body. They make person make errors, this despite crazy person never making errors.

Company controlling taxi company to make crazy person late for work, this despite crazy person being an hour early every day.

Government knows what she thinks before she thinks it.

Crazy person got wrong boss for this shit.

Yeah, if it's this sort of crazy i'd be looking to get her some help. Having dealt with this sort of thing on a pretty regular basis professionally, it's pretty harmless at the moment but it can get pretty bad without intervention. She should be able to control it if she gets the help she needs.

If she's not at the stage where she's threatening harm to herself or others she's probably okay, but you'd at least want her assessed. They can usually control this sort of delusion really easily with medication.

It's pretty classic delusional paranoia. It's quite common and i've seen everything from "I think there might be a dude in my roof who is telling me he's going to kill me" to "someone has implanted chips in all the dogs and cats in the street to monitor my every move" to "my dog is literally the devil and I must kill my dog to release myself from his grasp"

At the moment it seems pretty mild, but it can definitely get out of hand if left untreated.
