It was, but they've toned down the sexuality with this one. It only has one X in the title so the visuals were adjusted accordingly.

I ended up buying GTA V on Steam yesterday.
I was a bit hesitant to get it after how terrible a port GTA IV was on PC, but it seems the extra time they put in to this has payed off.
It runs so much better than GTA4, and no GFWL.
