I have to agree with you there, i bought it cheap in one of the steam sales and was pleasantly surprised by how good it was.

Probably would be one of my top games from last gen.

I got it $27 on the Xbox One release, absolute value. Still playing through the expansions. Excellent gameplay.

TF2 has been an outstanding time sink for me in the past, but nothing goes past CSS as the best online FPS ever. I spent my entire 12-15 year old life shut in playing surf, jailbreak and gungame. Mostly with the same communities and people. I feel that community feel in online games is somewhat lost.
