And started being producer on crap like Transformers

On this. How ****ing bad is the transformers franchise? holy shit. Certified to be more about the hotness of the women in them (meh for mine.) than absolutely anything else. Terrible movies.

Needs more:

LeBron has now pretty much consolidated himself as the greatest basketball player we've ever seen.

What he's doing now is like putting Gary Ablett on Carlton and winning the premiership.
Big call.

Truly despicable films. The original 1986 still destroys them as both a movie, and for artistic expression, and that's saying something given it plays like an extended music video for advertising toys.

Jordan was a beast at both ends of the floor.

When playing point-forward James is essentially an upgrade on Magic Johnson (twice the AIDS).

Pro-rata it's more like putting 4-5 Gary Abletts in Carlton.

Micheal bay is a terrible terrible filmmaker. Caught a bit of his film bad boys last night and he filmed a simple scene like a guy eat g cereal with his kids with constant dynamic camera moves like the same way he shoots an action scene.

The guy should be shooting tv commercials

Transformers actually has potential , and in ten years I hope they reboot it and give it to an actual filmmaker.

The Rock is excellent, 3rd best action of the 90s behind T2 and Point Break, and the first Bad Boys is passable entertainment.

The rest... My word.

As for Transformers, no potential or marketability for a good movie, for a good transformers will have to be 85% about the robots, with little human interaction, and zero meaningless sexual eye candy. That isn't what people want in a transformers movie. No studio will finance that.

+1 for The Rock

Also kinda love Armageddon, it's like being bukkaked with stupid... in a nice way.

I liked Micheal Bay before Transformers. There are many soulless directors of big budget crap out there, but at least he has a recognisable style. But yeah, the Transformers franchise sucked away all my goodwill.

Jordan led the lead in scoring, was MVP AND Defensive Player of the Year in 1987 in his 3rd year. He was double and tripled teamed whenever he had the ball when facing the Pistons, who created a system of defensive against him to limit his offence:

When the only two players that I can even remember on the playing roster were John Paxson in his 4th year and Charles Oakley in his 2nd. Horace Grant and Scottie Pippen came in the following season.

Meanwhile you've got LeBron (11 seasons) coming into a team with Varejao (11 seasons), Love (7 seasons), J.R. Smith (11 seasons), Irving (4 seasons) just to mention a few, playing against teams that would be called for flagrant fouls if they did half the stuff they did to Jordan and the Bulls of the 90s.

Not sure how you think a good transformers movie cannot be made?

A) why would the movies success rely on having little human interaction? People will watch a cartoon about robots if the story is good. History of film is littered with tonnes of non-human characters. Story story story.

B) why would a transformers movie have to have little human interaction? The cartoons always had humans in the stories

C) why would the movie have to have zero eye candy? Why would a film with zero eye candy fail? Jurassic park , jaws , et , toy story , these movies didn't rely on eye candy to sell.

A good transformers movie can be made I'm more certain of that then I am there will be a sunrise tommorow. Hopefully one day sufficiently down the track it gets re visited with a better team behind the project.

Yep Jordan was defensively better than Lebron , Lebron has a bigger size and is a better rebounder. Jordan never had to go team hopping and have a super team built around him. It kinda goes back to the mid year trades , and how much did Lebron struggle until the cavs trade in jr , shumpert and mozgov. Jordan had some years of really good talent around him , but the Bulls success never seemed to rest solely on their ability to build stars around Jordan.

Because a studio won't understand a big budget live action film that revolves around CGI robots and their voice actors.

Yeah, playing supporting roles to the robots.

Those films didn't start off as a childrens TV series that relies on a great deal on nostalgia in the current market. As children in gen x, there was nothing sexual about it then, and for the now, we don't want to see Michael Bay slowly panning the camera around Megan Fox's arsecheeks in her wannabe Daisy Dukes in a Transformers movie. It is actually detracts from the movie. Also, no stupid stereotypical racial humour.

Hopefully, and hopefully it doesn't rely on the lowest common denominators to being in the gen Y Fast and the Furious style audience.

Not really like Carlton. Mozzy, Tristan Thompson, Shump are all solid players and JR can go off when he gets hot.

Not to mention Delly and James Jones make solid cameos.

Curry had an absoloute stinker tonight because of Dellys defensive pressure. More worried about Klay in the long run tbh.
