Probably nothing, the ACB aren't that bitchy about violence, they let Mortal Kombat X in without any fuss. They get bitchy about drug use tied to a reward system (original State of Decay release) and sexual violence (Hotline Miami 2).

True, now there is an R18 rating for games, it works a lot better.
