Hasn't the ACC approved something like eight development applications over the years?

But, for whatever reasons, developers haven't been able to get the projects off the ground.

Kinda like the fenced off weed park as a memorial/monument to Dear Old Adelaide...

What has always been amusing to me is that someone out there could've been making a shit-ton of money just using that site as a ******* car park for all these years.

Have you ever got a parking fine in North Adelaide?
By restricting the numbers of available parks, the council DOES rake in a shit-ton of money.

My last fine there was $98. For having my front left wheel 6 inches over the yellow line on a diagonal park opposite the Piccadilly.
I was there for a total of 15mins.
