Huh. Man of Steel is nowhere near as bad as I remember. Now here comes the disaster pr0n...

Haven't seen it. Was going to watch it tonight, but Lethal Weapon. A bit more action packed with less ****ing about and a shorter run time.

Man of Steel worth seeing when my attention span feels up to it?

Ehh it's a superman movie, bit stupid and some plot holes.

Yeah, I was gonna watch LW (again!) but I thought I'd give MoS a second chance.

Absolutely hated it when I saw it at the cinema. Except for Kevin Costner. But that was probably my Donner Supes fanboy lashing out.

Sure, MoS has its flaws. But yeah, it's worth a look...

Return of Superman was such a directionless movie. It didn't engage me at all, I was just a spectator in its aimless story from start to finish.

Initially I dismissed it at first, but this week a mate lent me the Terminator Sarah Connor Chronicles, and I'm enjoying it to a very surprising degree.

It's pretty good, there's one dicey fish-out-of-water time travel trope that stood out like canine nuts and got my goat, but apart from that, it has some unexpected greatness.

The time travel thing. When John Connor went to the mall he was gobsmacked at everyone running around with mobiles and PDAs, etc.

Then when he's using the laptop in the electronics section - and his screen use is coming up on the store plasma, prompting the assistant to come over and warn him about the lack of privacy and to 'clear his history', his general demeanour is 'history? wtf?'

He came from 1999, not 1959.
