I remember how cut to shit movies on TV used to get...

Always remember watching Blue Velvet on Ten back in the mid-90s.

They cut out all the F-bombs. And what F-bombs they couldn't cut out, they dubbed "freak" over "f@%k." Basically, it was all Dennis Hopper's dialogue. Example:

"Let's freak! I'll freak anything that moves!"

Hahaha that is ******* perfect. The hipster pants and the fact it looks like he is being told to jump as being an "original" hipster is unforgivable.
People don't say hipster anymore, unless they are trying to BE hipster.

Nice one grandad!

I have Nightmare on Elm Street 3 taped from TV at home, it feels like it runs for 27 minutes.

Everytime there's a kill it fades to black before anything happens and next scene.

I even think they edited the t***ies, and they were some of the best ever t***ies on screen.

For hipster? There isn't one, they are ignored or do not exist.

Unless you are the type who thinks pulled pork and $25 hamburgers are still cool things. ;)

I must say I have enjoyed two ark burgers at the port club, and they were in excess of 25 dollars. No pulled pork though because we aren't that type of club.

Once McDonalds jumps on the bandwagon, you know the dream is over.
Never doubting the flavoursomeness...just the price. I have to admit to having frequented the St. Peters burger place 3-4 years ago when Burger Theory were starting up.

That massive meat one from last year? The image of it is the benchmark for me and my son. My son actually dined at the Port Club a couple of months back through some indigenous defence thing but had some chicken thing, no burger. He was disappoint.

That's just the sort of thing a hipster would say.

Just watched some robots plod around playing soccer.

Still more exciting than regular soccer.

Also, the McDonald's create a taste burgers are great.

Yeah, did one of these not long ago (kids wanted Happy meals on SA-Vic trip and needing sanity) and was confused. A McDonald's burger that tasted like a burger rather than cardboard. Wouldn't go out of my to have one, but hopefully they keep them on the menu so have something edible to get if stuck in Macca's again.

Not long ago, I watched Veronica Guerin as the midday movie.

Bit of an odd choice for that time. Especially considering they let "campaigner" fly.

WUT? Double-taked when I heard campaigner on commercial TV in the middle of the day...

The midday movies have lifted their game recently. There was a lesbian scene in one I watched a while back, and another one had frequent sex scenes, some with nudity, as well.

I was like, woah.

Back in the diz when young Tribs did some Year 12 courses via correspondence he was pleasantly surprised to find Billy Bathgate in Seven's midday slot.

Oodles of red schniz as far as the eye can see.

Oh they really are!

On midday movies. I found myself in a waiting room during the day and there were several tvs mounted around the place. On pops a pretty hardcore sex scene that dragged on and on and on as everyone silently and awkwardly pretended not to be watching it and pretending to not realise someones cherry being popped was being beamed from several 50" tvs.

If it doesn't star Melissa Gilbert, Tracey Gold or Alexandra Paul... then I'm not watching!

Or Tom Selleck, he's pretty frequent.

More Aussie movies finding their way to the midday slot as well. Teresa Palmer had the lunch room at work all hot and sweaty.
