I wear Nike Air Pegasus for that reason. I've had about 5 pairs over the years and I don't need to try them on. They fit and are comfortable from day 1 and last ages.

If I keep the running up I might go for something a bit fancier next time I buy runners.

I think the point is that it was obviously true. This is why Wawrinka reacted and also why it was such an awesome sledge, IMO.
