As long as the guernsey doesn't look so big it looks like maternity wear in the team's colours it's all good.

Back in my uni days going alone to mid-week sessions during school term, when you were one of a handful of people was my favourite time to go. No kids chatting, not people opening packets of food all movie, no talking. The best if you wanted to just watch the movie, not have it as a social outing.

Never been to footy on my own, but at a packed Adelaide Oval, are you really alone? It is something I would definitely do if I lived in Adelaide.

As for the movies, going alone to the movies is quite enjoyable, providing you go at the right times and not a Friday night.

Back in my uni days going alone to mid-week sessions during school term, when you were one of a handful of people was my favourite time to go. No kids chatting, not people opening packets of food all movie, no talking. The best if you wanted to just watch the movie, not have it as a social outing.

Love a 10am session. Hardly anyone there. Especially if you wait a week or two after the release.

Got burned once, though. Thought I was gonna be the only person in the cinema for August: Osage County. But then a family spanning four generations sat around me. Literally half on one side, half on the other. There were 200 empty seats in the joint!

Dotty ol' Great Nan clobbered me with her pusher. Nana wouldn't shut-up. If she wasn't talking at the screen, she was explaining what was going to her Mum. The four year-old terror ran laps of the aisles and leapfrogged seats. And Mum, who was sitting right next to me, breast-fed her baby during the opening credits.

Definitely one of the most memorable movie-going experiences I've had. But, yeah, that was the last time I went to the movies in Elizabeth...

I go to the footy alone heaps, most of my friends are total casuals.

Shit like that pisses me off, especially in carparks, there would be a km of free parks either side of you and some clown will still decide to park next to you, it's even worse when they can't park straight or some soccer mum in a people mover.

The worst carpark experience was at the shops, parked around the side next to a wall with plenty of free spaces the other side, some stupid woman decides to squeeze in between me and the wall and had the audacity to have a bitch at me because she didn't have any room to get out of her car. Told here there were plenty of other spaces the other side and diplomatically told her to go **** herself, didn't like it too much and stormed off inside.

See that's the thing. On the occasions that I wear mine, I'd wear a shirt or jumper underneath, but I don't get why people have a problem with it either way.
You're going to cheer on a bunch of blokes you've probably never met while they kick a bag of air. Sure I love it, but the whole supporting thing is inherently non-sensical.
