I remember leaving football park in the mid-90's and a sumo-tier gentleman was munging a camelhump-sized pie with one hand and sipping a Diet Coke with t'other
Used to work with a woman who was 'built'.... 'big boned' she was. Eat, once after seeing me eating a fruit salad at work she thought that may be a good idea, next day, tucked in to one herself. Spent the next 2 days ill with Vesuvius guts from all reports. Fruit she realised, did not agree with her. But I digress.... she used to consume a good 5-6 cans of Diet Coke a day.... cos you know.. diet.

I once saw a 'big boned' gent eat a whole Lions Christmas cake for morning tea - I was suitably impressed.

Holy shit, that is an impressive feat, i can eat like the best of them and two small pieces of cake KO's me.

The hot dog crust pizza thing is really when fast food finally signalled "We really are in the murder business"
I think KFC's 'double down' where they used chicken fillets instead of bread was about that mark, I never had one but they did look fine.

Never saw the party pie one live but the pic is scary enough

It's amazing when you think about the timing of their offering. Post "Super Size Me" and in complete contraction to the 'healthy menu' drive of many fast food outlets.

KFC literally said to the world "**** it, all in".

I'd say it's closer to the assisted-suicide end of the spectrum, but otherwise I couldn't agree more.

The follow-up meat pie crust was ridiculous too, it looked like the love child of Toni Pepperoni and The Kraken.

Edit: Beat me to it. Look at that beast!!!

This is only because you have now experienced modern games and their plethora of options. If you cast your mind back to when fallout first came out you will realise just how groundbreaking fallout was. They were doing things that had never been done before. Fallout 3 though awesome, is simply rehashing so many other RPGs before it with new skins and a new story. Comparing the greatness between them is difficult, both great games but only one of them was groundbreaking at the time of release.

Yeah look, it's not even that.

There is a lot to do in Fallout 3, but it's all so shallow and easy. It's just a procession to the end of a lacklustre story that has absolutely no engagement with the player.

The turn based combat of Fallout and Fallout 2 was really interesting and actually tactical. You had limited points, multiple people in your party and multiple enemies. You had to use your brain. It was what made the game fun. The cheap psuedo turn based VATS system in Fallout 3 is boring and overpowered. It's too easy and you don't have to think. At all.

Also, much like every other Bethesda game, the world just doesn't react naturally to what you do. The first 2 Fallouts were absolutely brilliant in this regard, and the game changed significantly depending on what decisions you made.

Fallout 1 is a legitimately more interesting game that is infinitely more playable and replayable than Fallout 3.

It's a bit like how DXHR is a poor imitation of the original Deus Ex, which is arguably the best game ever made. They just didn't get what made Deus Ex so good and so they made a boring typical modern action game that misses the entire point.

Human Revolution was awesome and Deux Ex way too dated to play

What do you think of FNV @Old_Scorcho

I think your first statement is absolutely moronic and you're basically a really dumb guy for thinking that.

NV was better than 3 but it's really just more of the same.

I'll almost certainly get 4 but i'm coming to the end of my credit with the series, like when a band you used to love releases a few bad albums in a row.
