Have you contacted Auspost with the tracking number?

I have a Loot Crate delivered every month and normally it sits around an Auspost warehouse for a week or so before it's delivered.

It might just be the milieu I work in, but of the 30 or so people in my work group I'd say at least a third of them have taken leave for video game releases at some point over the last couple of years.
