I used to drive through there on the way to Bordertown where I worked in the mid-90's. Pretty town but I never stopped in to talk to the locals.

Working in the meatworks in Bordertown- there was some rough blokes there! Good thing we have these small country towns to hide these people in.

I worked on the construction of the meatworks there in the early 80's

I lived there for 6 months with my old man playing B grade cricket as a 16 year old. We weren't much good at cricket but the drinking was what we were good at it. Keith is a drive in drive out place nothing more, though did see a grown man have his rats tail pulled from his scalp post a game of cricket so that was my only highlight of Keith.

"I saw someone have a hot pie shoved in their face and held there, then another guy had his rats tail torn clean out of his scalp"

Okay... okay you lot... to return this thread to its raison d'être lobbying will commence for establishment of the 'PAFC Casual Academy' for the training of future CEOs and it will be headquartered at Keith.

Off bloody season

I don't think that will stop you from your campaign as a campaigner

It will actually give my campaign a longer range, as I can supply and sustain my campaign for longer.

Keith has never been part of the wider PAFC Community - bloody Glenelg territory, and it shows from posts in this thread.

Want Want Want!!! I've got the 50 year Engel anniversary gold fridge. Just can't justify another but I badly want it,

It was difficult to get ahold of one. BCF sold their last one in SA before I could grab one, so I had to buy online. Not a bad price though with the transit bag included.

Yeah ya got lucky with that price. They'll disappear from the market too and become collector's items like the gold 40 litre. Love mine when camping. The Engel is great fridge. 40 litre is just a tad too small if you're half serious so you made the right choice with the 60.

I also got a $100 voucher for tent world as part of the purchase too, so a ripper deal really.

I take it nobody has these old fridges hanging from the bull bar anymore?
