I'm an AC/DC fan... Saw them at Globe Derby as a 10yo. The old man knew Bon Scott.. I've seen them multiple times and have everything they've done and everything on vinyl up until Blow Up Your Video.

But they are done.

Maiden > AC/DC right now.

Heaven and Hell with RJD until he passed destroyed them too.

I said the same thing about Maiden currently besting AC/DC in their tours.

Black Ice is easily the second best Brian album behind Back in Black, they didn't phone that one in at all.

Is Book of Souls any good?

I actually don't hate anyone. I'm going through a bad patch atm and my posting on here is shit. I'm using BF as an escape and all of those posters you mentioned don't deserve my useless rants. Ive been pulled up by leaders on here, and i'm still lucky to be around. And thats from me, not them. I'm in for a cool change, because i love this board, and the knowledge around. I never got the rating/not rating of drummers, ie Lars, Rudd. Drums being particularly good is just a small bonus for me in most rock or metal.

PS instead of finding some way to call Rudd a brilliant drummer maybe just accept he's not that great but it doesn't really matter.

Nah edgie. All you guys ( girls ) on here are awsome. You haven't dished out to me, what ive put up for quite a while. Its so brave to be behind a keyboard and talk shit. But most of you on here are so friendly and know so much about the club i love. Some of you catch up, i was offered by papag to catch up for a beer. Ive burnt some fantastic people on here and its time i turned my crap around. Probably lost their respect and trust, but i'll try and salvage what i can, and come along for the ride that is our Port Adelaide.

I look at a few other team boards, and if i was neutral, none are forgiving and knowledgeable as here. Ive said many times most of you know this club and our team on the park way more than i do, and i've abused the previladge to be amongst you lot. I'll sort my shit out and i'm sorry.

Everybody knows Malcolm's tight rhythm guitar is the backbone of ACDC's greatness any rate.

Thanks mate, i love your posts. Everyone of them. Sometimes you say nothing, most of the time in your short posts, you say everything. I get on here to just take a massive sigh, and let the stress out. And it usually goes with alcohol. And that goes with me not being able to shut my mouth. Anyway i will pull my head in. Bring on Easter against the Saints..........i have a strong feeling about this season. It cant come fast enough.

Just thinking, cos of last night's discussion, are there any FTA shows I actually watch.

Only show I can think of is Would I Lie to You on the ABC but I'm pretty sure it's on a Friday or Saturday because I always seem to miss it. Best show.

Usually just torrent series, but not following anything at the moment.

I love that part in Some Kind Of Monster, where James gets up Lars for never playing a simple beat, and Lars replies with something like "You've writte a stock riff James, A STOCK RIFF, and it's up to me to play something interesting to make it more Metallica!"

The best drummer I know is an absolute beast, technically amazing and a speed wizard, you would think he had 8 arms. Can't lock in a beat for shit though. Better off becoming a drummer in some freestyle jazz fusion then the Hair Metal band that my brother fronted.

That I will be able to do, but they make me sign non-disclosure stuff so I cant disclose the really juicy stuff, even though I should. The media would love it.

My favourite non-sensitive one is the old hairdresser who is best friends with the director gets a role salaried at 80k+ and no one even knows what she does, if anything, and makes jokes at her expense behind her back because she is the dimmest person they've ever met with no tertiary education and no experience whatsoever. Is literally there to be the lunch buddy for the director.

It would be funny if not for the fact that all the young talent is paid between 50 and 60k and constantly told to "bide their time" and discouraged from applying for roles above their pay-grade because "you need to be patient."

Shit is hilarious, they lose all their up and comers because of these outrageous levels of stupidity.

I quit my government job last year. Haven't regretted it for a second. All of the same issues as you have been talking about. Anyone with half an ounce of ability gets out eventually, which is a shame because there is a lot of worthwhile work to be done in government but the joint is just overrun by campaigners at all levels.
