Sorry to hear mate, it's a campaigner. Dad suddenly died 4 months ago due to it and we had no idea until the autopsy. I'm only 21 and the passing of someone so significant in my life has hit me ******* hard, can't imagine what it would be like for anyone younger. My condolences mate.

No mate, my condolences to you. I can't fathom having to go through what you've been through. How are you doing now?

Better to regret something you have done than something you haven't done.

Good luck brother

The Melvins have announced the release date for their new album, Basses Loaded, for June 3. The album will feature six different bass players including Red Kross bassist Steve McDonald, Butthole Surfers bassist Jeff Pinkus and a few other notable collaborations.

The collection features Buzz Osborne and Dale Crover joined by Nirvana’s Krist Novoselic, Redd Kross’ Steve McDonald, Butthole Surfers’ J.D. Pinkus, Big Business’ Jared Warren, Mr. Bungle/Fantomas’ Trevor Dunn, aka Melvins Lite, and Dale Crover trading in his drums for a bass in the Melvins 1983 iteration.

The album’s nod to baseball, and the inclusion of the band’s own version of “Take Me Out To The Ballgame” is a natural one, with Buzz and Dale often spotted at games across the country.

Basses Loaded will be The Melvins’ 24th studio album. The band has also got another album in the works, Three Men and A Baby, set to release in April.

Has been the toughest period of my life, don't think I'll ever be able to forget what I walked in on, was very traumatic. Luckily I have an extremely close relationship with mum, which has helped both of us get through. Grief does amazing things to the body, the main thing is to be kind to yourself.

I was extremely tempted, but then I sort of carried on living my life.

I don't like being too close to the throbbing masses tbh. I more enjoy higher vantage points and a bit of space to move and for that reason I like thebby.

So we won't be seeing you in the DevilDriver circle pit?

I thoroughly enjoyed seeing some chick become completely lifeless and get thrown around the pit at limp bizkit from my spot in the stalls. She had become liquid, sublimating from person to person as she was ragdolled across the pit by overzealous meatheads.

Pure ****ing poetry.

I'm kinda the same these days. But The Gov is just a perfect venue.

The crowd were just all happy last night. One big sing along. Great vibe.
