The union jack which represents British colonialism, colonialism that resulted in the attempted genocide of the native people of this land. I'd like to see the back of it.But why would you not?
Who precisely does getting rid of the Union Jack placate? And why is that more important than a flag inclusive of Aboriginal culture?
You would almost think this is some kind of self depricating pisstake, but we know they just are not enlightened enough to pull that off.
They're only 25????
Aged terribly.
http://www.goldenwattleflag.com/#introductiongreen & gold = golden wattle = Australian floral emblem - part of the very fabric & fibre of this country.
This golden wattle design isn't bad (clever Commonwealth star in the middle):

but doubt I'd vote for it
Would you really fight a monster created through exposure to nuclear radiation with an A-Bomb. You're only asking for more Godzillas in the future.

I anticipated this argument, and made no preparations to argue against it.
So my rebuttal is that the little boy releases old radiation because it was created in the 1940s, which is so old school that even Godzilla, born of radiation can't defend against it. You see, godzilla was born of radiation in 1954. There are more electrons and isotopes in old radiation and for that reason, the force of the earth comes around the moon, and at that presence, the dirt, it overshadows the grass, so you like "i can't cut this grass, theres no sun coming through." So in order to enable each other, the two fruits have to look each other in the eye, understand we can only be ripe as the ripe is wrong. You know what I mean?
Tough paper rounds as kids.
In my opinion, it's way past time this was addressed.http://www.ausflag.com.au/quote_1997.asp
ATSIC Chairman Gatjil Djerrkura joined the Ausflag Board this month. He had some very strong words on what indigenous Australians think about our current national flag:
"There can be no true reconciliation with the indigenous people of Australia while the Union Jack remains on the Australian flag. To the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, the Union Jack is a constant reminder of oppression, domination, genocide and dispossession.
"We are seeking a flag of unity and healing under which all Australians are represented equally. We call upon the Government and the people of Australia to share our vision and join the reconciliation process in designing and proclaiming our own flag."
Those women are the quintessential Crows supporter. I try to believe this is not true, but everywhere I go, I see these clones and their comments are usually ridiculous as far as football goes, oh and they hate Port Adelaide.
Bstd spewing he didn't come here, even if he did we don't have a venue that suits him, was going to do blues fest just to see him.Saw Kendrick last night was absolutely amazing
