You know how eventually trends from previous decades always find their way back into society in one way or another? I thought that would never, ever happen with the nu metal era, but here we are.

Mate the only true trend that will never come back in the 80s aussie bogan pub look. You know, mullets and the like.

Also, have you read Dave's autobiography? There's a good part in that where he talks about him and James walking alone in the streets, then James mouthed off at some passing strangers, and ran away, so Dave fought them off 3 on 1 and broke their arms. Then I think he put a curse on them, or something.

Good read.

Everyone "knows a guy" but I don't think it will ever come back en masse. Even in 2012 when Walker/Maric had mullets and everyone made a big deal about it, they were still the only 2 players with a mullet and a year later that number was halved. Then you had about double that number (4) man buns per team.

In the last 15 odd years, we've been through a 70s, 80s new wave, 90s, and now 90s alt revival. The mullet phase was skipped.

Anyhow, it is a good and interesting read that is well put together and paced so it reads quickly, good insight to Dave's character if nothing else.
