BluRey, DVD, same thing really. They really didn't kill off DVD they way they were expected to, ala DVD to VHS.
Still, the f@%kers didn't put the features on the DVD! And I couldn't be arsed buying a Blu-Ray player for one movie. Well, not yet...

lol I remember that looking so awesome at the time. now it resembles a commodore64 game.
i made the same mistake with goldeneye64 and MOH: Frontline in the past. killed my nostalgic buzz.
it's funny how our memories get a current-gen graphics upgrade.
Consider how we played on relatively tiny CRT screens. Maybe they did look a lot better at tiny resolution on a tiny screen when you were sat on the couch several metres away.lol I remember that looking so awesome at the time. now it resembles a commodore64 game.

I remember being blown away by MOH: Allied Assault opening beach sequence. Visuals and audio. Now it's like "i can't ******* see anything."
actually that checks out
Not got a current gem gaming console?
Reminds me of thisLol @ how he punches rude boy in the face as he leaves him in his dust.
One for the road, campaigner.
Gets rekt by viper.
Though I almost bought a Quickshot joystick for $5 at GameTraders today for ol' times sake. Then I realised I had no f@%king use for it anymore. So I put that money to Star Wars figures, first new ones on the shelf in three months...

Shit graphics have a silver lining though, GTA San Andreas still feels like a bigger map than GTA V, and a lot of that is down to draw distance.
I ******* hate the new GTAs tbh. The environments are actually too detailed and become more annoying than anything.
I liked IV, it stuck to one variety and did it well (Urban).
GTA V map felt hollow and plastic and uninteresting, despite all the easter eggs. It was so nothing. A plastic empty uninteractive city, a shitty desert area, and a boring ass forest, and there was no excuse for it given the technical advantages. Had nothing on the GTA III era or the highly maligned IV.
I had fun with GTA V, but I can't see myself ever playing through it again like I have with the GTA III era games.
