on a scale of 1-10, i'm at about a 10 for how much I feel like that quote should disappear from Fallout. They've over used it big time.

Especially as it totally does.

We went from rows of dudes wearing shiny-buttoned uniforms that stood out like dogs whatsits who shot obsolescent weapons almost exclusively at each other, to masses of men and machines who brutalise civilian populations as a matter of course.

Pros: Awesome Sunny reference, Port tie in
Cons: Sounds like Ports is at the bottom. Also sounds like some generic main board posters name

Power Bottom is a winner but will be used out of context on too many levels. My vote would be for Dr Mantis Toboggan, The D.E.N.N.I.S System or Chardee MacDennis.

Edit...just go with D.E.N.N.I.S

The survivors still wage wars against each other.
