So, misery liking company and all that ... life could be worse; at least none of us here were one of the 100-odd Limp Bizkit fans that rocked up to a petrol station after a fake event was posted on Facebook. :drunk:
how's life being a crow hating crow right now

Also, when life hands you lemons...make twist of lemon juice.

Assume you mean Dangerfield? Disposal is still often shocking, but has a (now) annoying tendency to fire the team up when/if he eventually switches on.

Seeing Port's collapse in the second quarter was an all-too familiar sight as a Crows supporter over the years. A mixture of heat definitely needs to be applied to both the senior players for letting their intensity drop to insipid levels after show-casing what should be seen as the accepted level as well as questions over what someone like Voss is being paid to do.

Dropping x players and bringing in y is just rearranging deckchairs until the issues are sorted between the players ears that leads to these vanishing acts, as well as oversight of what the coaches are doing right now. Particularly between quarters when there doesn't seem to be any great change in effort or direction as you would expect after the coaches have time to analyse whats going on that the players themselves don't have the benefit of.

I've seen this shit way too often (and you good folk have had the pleasure of laughing at) to know that there is a mixture of weak links and rotten fish to sort out.

I meant as a guy who is very critical of his own club. You've taken the words out of my mouth re Port though. Deckchairs, words to the media, means nothing. As per The Simpsons: It stinks, it stinks, it stinks.

It can be hard when you're not privy to what is going on behind closed doors, especially with regards to personnel issues. As people said in the gameday thread, it was critical for Port to continue on with what they showed in the first quarter after the argy-bargy. The belief that would have provided both players and supporters would've been invaluable.

Infuriating thing if I were a supporter would be that it wasn't as if the players got so sidetracked with the physicality that they allowed Geelong to focus on the game instead like in the "line in the sand" game between Essendon and Hawthorn where Hawthorn, at the time, embarrassed themselves with the end result. Both the physicality and effort just dissipated without so much as a yelp.

Million dollar question is what the hell happened during the break in the Port huddle? I'd love to know. Geelong wouldn't stay poo forever, but that doesn't excuse what happened.

NB: Apologies for the footy talk. I'll bow out now!

Youre a good footy commentator and you're welcome to drop in any time in the footy threads - I'll defend you against the mouthbreathers. Have a good night man.

Im watching the soccer right now. Liverpool took the lead in 1 minute but one of our in form defenders has put in a positive drug test. So it's a bitter sweet, bitter leaning night.

Are dominos pizzas still shit?

Haven't had one for 85 years or so and have to get food delivered.
Dominos just opened in Whyalla, the campaigners had to have a place on a main road with no parking. The paranoia is stupid, cars lining up for a parking spot blocking said main road  FFS its a plastic pizza!!!!!!! people. The real pizza joint in Whyalla continue to bang out delish pizzas.

People

Yeah we've probably played the most fixtures of any English team, well, us and Man City. Lots of cup fixtures to account for.

You're the whole problem of our troubles.........you've dropped a beer a game, you dont shout loud enough and youve basically gone soft. Theres a team here called the Thunderbirds. You should look them up Dingle.
